Brief description of activity (what was it?): A speaker from The Department of Rehabilitation
came to tell us about the job counseling program they offer.

Why did you choose to attend this presentation? I thought it would be interesting

What did you learn about this career/field that is appealing to you?
I learned that the DOR offers many choices for career and college opportunities.

What areas of this career/field might be difficult for you?

What skills have you already developed that would help you in this career/field?
I chose self management and communication to work on because they will help me in my career.

What skills would you need to further develop (or begin to develop) to be successful in this
career/field?
I am working on self management and communication.

Do you want to continue to investigate this career/field as a possibility for your future? Why or
why not? I am interested in going to the junior college and working part time toward my goal. I
would like any assistance from the department of rehabilitation that I could get and maybe
money for school.
