Symptom

 Employee Dissatisfaction
o Decrease in employee satisfaction and motivation to work.
 High Turn-over Rate
o Dissatisfaction and better opportunities leading to increase in Turn-over.
Problem

 Departmental Intolerance
o Lack of coordination between key departments i.e. Client Service,
Creative and Graphic Design.
 Absence of Job Description and Training/Development
o Lack of training/development and know-how about the job by junior or
newly hired employees.
 Compensation-Based Concerns
o Delay in salaries and lack of performance management system.
Cause

 Awareness of the need of HR department


o The goals of the HR department are not in line with the employee
perception.
 Lack of Leadership
o Department heads need to lead and take action to motivate their
respective employees.
Options for HRM

Reinforce the need of HR department and pass clear dictations regarding requirements
imposed by its practices.

The CEO needs to address the situation effectively in order to motivate the department
heads and get them to take part in practices that will ensure the goals of HR
department.
