A verified petition was filed by petitioner is of legal age, Filipino citizen,

married and a resident of Barangay Casisang, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon.

Finding the Petition to be sufficient in form and substance, notice is

hereby given that the same shall be heard on ____________, at 2:00 o'clock in
the afternoon. Any interested person may file a written opposition or appear at
the said hearing to oppose the said Petition.

Let this ORDER be published in an accredited newspaper of general

circulation in the Province of Bukidnon once a week for three (3) consecutive
weeks at the expense of herein Petitioner.

Let copies of this Order together with the Petition be likewise posted for
a period of fifteen (15) days at the following places:

1. Bulletin Board of the Municipal Hall of Kadingilan, Bukidnon;

2. Bulletin Board of the Provincial Governor's Office, Bukidnon;
3. Bulletin Board of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 10, Malaybalay
City.

Also let copies of this Order together with the Petition be furnished to the
the Office of the Solicitor General, 134 Amorsolo Street, Legaspi Village,
Makati City.
