In this project, i just dont want to focus in the
importance of the languages, i want to trasmit that the
world counts with a very rich culture in relation with
the languages, maybe we learn a second language but
we really know the importance of that?
The world where we live is so big, that maybe we will
not see it even the half of them, but that is not a
impidiment to learn about them.
The importance of learn
a new language can help
us not only to improve
our live, i want to help
them learn that the
language give us a new
door and perspective of
everything.

I want that this project give that idea, that give people
a new perspective of what the importance of the
languages is.
 Languages of the World

Although it is impossible to give an exact figure

it is estimated that the world is currently
speaking about 7,000 languages, of which only 600 havemore tan
100,000 speakers, a figure that is considered
minimal to ensure their survival in the middle Term. Among
the most widespread languages are Mandarin Chinese,
English, Hindi, Spanish and Russian.

Another curious aspect is that it has to do with its

geographical distribution, which is not much less homogeneous.

It is estimated that more than 1,500 different languages are

spoken in Africa. There are rare cases such as Cameroon, acountry
with 12 million of inhabitants in which no less than 270 languages
are spoken, or Nigeria, where almost 450
have been recorded. Papua New Guinea, whose inhabitants
communicate in 850 different languages.
