Hwy 101 Project Calm before …. hunting season

Guardrail installation on the
Lake Crescent road project was
scheduled to begin Tuesday at
the eastern end of the project zone
near milepost 222. Drivers should
expect up to half-hour delays dur-
ing weekday work hours.
Work continues on the mechan-
ically-stabilized earth wall near
milepost 223, located west of
the Lake Crescent Lodge area. A
temporary traffic signal is installed
at this location. Drivers should
expect short delays after hours
and on the weekend for the signal.
Please watch for flaggers con-
trolling traffic.
Upcoming work includes strip-
ing. Paving is complete for the
2018 construction season.
