Primary Purpose:

Accounting and Business Services

To render various accounting services, audit engagements, and taxation and business
consultancy. To conduct audits, render bookkeeping and accounting work, install
accounting systems, internal controls and budget procedures; to act as managers,
consultants, managing agents of persons, firms, associations, corporations,
nongovernment organizations, partnerships and other entities; to provide management,
organizational and technical advice for development agencies, organizations and other
kinds of entities; to undertake, carryon, assist or participate in the promotion, organization,
management and reorganization of corporations and partnerships, agencies,
organizations, and other entities particularly those involved in development undertakings.

Consultancy Services
To provide consulting, technical and advisory services to persons, associations,
corporations, partnerships, and other entities, and to hire the services of professionals in
the furtherance of the corporate purpose.

Management/Consulting Services
To engage in and provide management consultancy services to the general public,
including the supervision, direction, management and control of the operations, business
and affairs of other corporations, firms or persons, engaged in any legitimate business in
the Philippines; provided, however, that the corporation shall not act as an investment
company or securities broker or dealer and shall not exercise the functions of a trust
company.
