KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

“I, Juan de la Cruz, of legal age, single, with residence and postal address at
___________________, hereinafter known as the Vendor, hereby sells, transfers and conveys
absolutely and irrevocably unto Pedro Jose, for and in consideration of the sum of
________________ (P ________) Pesos, Philippine currency, receipt whereof in full is hereby
acknowledged from Pedro Jose, Filipino, of legal age, single, with residence and postal address
at _______________________ hereinafter known as Vendee, hereby sells transfers and conveys
absolutely and irrevocably unto said Vendee the property described below, of which the Vendor
is the absolute owner, free from any liens and encumbrances.”

IF THE SALE IS UNDER PACTO DE RETRO

That the SELLER, in executing this Deed of Sale, hereby reserves the right to
REPURCHASE, and the BUYER in accepting the same, hereby obligates himself to RESELL
the property herein conveyed within a period of _______________ ( ____ ) years from and after
the date of this instrument for the same price of _______________________ Pesos (P
___________), Philippine Currency; provided, however, that if the SELLER fails to exercise this
right to repurchase as herein granted within the period stipulated, then this Deed of Sale shall
become absolute and irrevocable, without the necessity of drawing up a new Deed of Absolute
Sale.
