The enclosed application of the below mentioned employees of Gauhati University, addressed to
the Finance Officer may kindly be seen with reference to the earlier order enclosed.

They are sincere in their duties and have to stay in the office beyond office hours against payment
of a lump sum amount of Rs. 1100/- and Rs. 1300/- per month respectively.

In the last occasion, the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor was kind enough to approve an amount of Rs.
1100/- and Rs. 1300/- respectively for each employee per month as lump sum for a period of one
year which is expired on 31.03.2019. Since they are offering their best services continuously after
office hours, so the above allowance may be allowed to them for another one year w.e.f. 01-04-
2019 to 31-03-2020.
