Training Proposal PC Operation 2019
I. GENERAL INFORMATION:
II. RATIONALE:
The training is specifically for our partners to train them and give them
updates on Computer System Servicing for their office works and there
personal source of income.
Specific Objectives:
At the end of the training, the participants should be able to:
Identify each parts of the computer
Know the functions of each part
Know the common problems of today’s computer
Know how to diagnose/troubleshoot computer problems
Know how to use proper tools needed
IV. POTENTIAL IMPACT
V. TRAINING STRATEGIES:
PARTICIPANTS
The participants for this training shall include all BSCpE 1st year
students, of the College of Engineering and Technology, to help them in their
official works in troubleshooting and servicing of their computers, this will also
assist them to earn thru application of the skills imparted to them.
RESOURCE PERSON
The resource person/s will be from the BSCpE IV as the trainer with the
assistance of the Computer Engineering students to act as assistant trainer for
servicing a computer to avoid damage of computer units/ parts and to ensure
that all materials and supplies are readily available on the said training.
FACILITATORS
The training shall be coordinated by the proponent to the School
Campus who will help to disseminate the training information and the
recruitment of participant and to ensure that there is a maximum and active
participation from the constituents of the adopted.
The training will be held at IFSU- Lagawe Campus, College of
Engineering and technology Laboratory, as the venue can accommodate at
least 20 participants.
METHODOLOGY
The methodology to be employed shall be lecture, demonstration and
hands on by the participants assisted by the facilitators. Copies of lecture
notes/ photocopies will be distributed to the participants as their review notes
and be readily available on the said training.
