Great Tip:

HR Positions can be chosen in Approval Groups only when that Position is a Single Incumbent.

Else that position can be hold by more than one employee and in that case, system will be confused
whom to send and will get into error.

Solution:

If Position is not Single Incumbent, then better create UDT or Roles and a custom function to be
called inorder to send to all those employees.
