Abstract— — The process in the existing RTO system is very time consuming and it requires lot of time where there secure for the
data stored as the population is increasing the number of vehicle are also increasing to register the vehicle it going to be very difficult
.hence we are developing an RTA system in which the time and energy will be saved .such that we provides one type of environment
which gives a user friendly means user can access and understand well and do what the user wants to do like to register the vehicle,
driving license ,insurance etc . Even which provides the reline banking with safety and secure. User is the person who gets the maximum
benefits of this application .An authorized user should have a user name and password to access detailed information from the site. Most
of time the vehicle owner forgets to carry the documents at time of enquiry. To solve such conflicts we store all the information at database
by administrator. The automation of the system is of great use as more number of vehicles are increasing with an of population at that
same time.

I. INTRODUCTION
RTO (REGIONAL TRANSPORT OFFICE) is an India
government bureau which is responsible for the registration
for vehicle and issues of driver license in India. RTO
management will be having lot of work regarding registration
of vehicles and issue of driver’s license insurance. Similarly
vehicle owner sometimes forgets to carry the license at time
of enquiry .To solve this problems.
RTA is an an ”online Management System” which is
designed keeping in view to make the existing registration
and insurance system easier and faster. It includes the entire
registration and insurance procedure starting from the initial
phase of entering till the results. It is more reliable,
accurate,secure and time saving.
The system provides information regarding the application
and its status. all the records of the applicant, confirming all
the personal details are furnish, documents, driving license,
registration details are done very correctly to the
administrator.
This technology enables the traffic police to be more effective
in controlling repeat violators of traffic rules. Traffic Police
have the database of registration numbers as well as the
history of driving license holders. traffic policeman would
enter the details of any vehicle caught it give the complete
details of the name, address and vehicle details .Fake
registration plates, if any, world be detected immediately.
II. LITERATURE REVIEW AND RELATED WORK
We all know existing RTO office work is how much lengthy
as well as very time consuming process. In the rural area only
one day camp is held it person needs driving license they
should present on that day which is not more feasible. . So
that we are developing one web application which provide
easiest and efficient way for RTO works.
In many cases we are seeing that RTO office work get
complete through third party called agent . when a person
goes to the RTO offices for any work the agent comes in the
picture takes lot of money from the user and the work will be
done. According to the survey of 2015 RTO office
was more corrupted area. so using our web application we are
somewhere to help to reduces corruption.
III. PROPOSED WORK
Here, we are developing a web application for RTO so here
we give brief description of our project. first we provide
familiar environment to the user. first the user needs to
registration from and then we provide the authentication to
him and then users can than user can choose The option he
want for example driving license than we provide driving
license requirements Details and give the available data and
time slot to that user. the payments will be done through the
online.
If the user wants to pass his vehicle number than he can book
for data and time slot which is feasible to him and pass his
vehicle. Like this in other modules we provide the feature
from which user can save time and money and work will be
done faster and easily.
Administrator is providing for authentication purpose and
even it handles all the database of RTA system. He has
authority to approve the learning license etc. Facilities are
provided by administrator.

User Module
User will fill the online form followings are:

License Registration Form

This form display information of particular license holder
with photo and other details such as
email, date of birth etc
Vehicle Registration Form
to enter vehicle information the user select the vehicle such
as two wheeler, three wheeler, four wheeler, and other types.
After entering Registration no such as KA 22 CA 7613 then
click check vehicle button it gives pop up message found or
not found and displays all message.
Here we are discussing how our System flows from the
beginning as the first user login he should fill the basic detail
and get the authentication and he should fill the basic details
and get the authentication and he choose for his respective
work from like license .vehicle registration , renewal etc and
fills the respective details in that form pay the payment get
the challens for it and he see the data and time slot
Which is feasible to him and book it and then he finish the
work , if it fail then the retry message will be popped up. At
the end the result will be displayed on the screen.

VI. SNAPSHOTS

This provides the information to the traffic police officers. which contains user login module, different types of RTO
forms and feedback.

Check License
This it takes a License number. as an input and returns the
respective License information. In case the record doesn't
exist it shows a respective message that record not found.

Check Vehicle
The Vehicle Registration number as an input and returns the This is login form where the user enters and login to their
Respective Owner details. It also includes the Vehicle issued account. If the user forgets then the new password will be
date and valid date of vehicle. authenticated to mail.

store in the database

VII. POSSIBLE OUTCOMES

1. It provides transparency of the system.
2. Interference of the agents will be overcome.
3. Common man time can be saved by avoiding
often visit to office.

CONCLUSION
RTA is a web application in which it is Very useful for
completion of RTO works online. here we have modules
under it which helps to reduce the RTO work manually and it
helps the saving time of user. It also reduces the corruption
in the department.
In this web application we conduct the online test where the
results will be shown soon after completion of test, even we
have implemented the feedback system with the
acknowledgement to the mail. It provide better way of
document verification for RTO officials
The future maintains detail information of the stolen vehicles
through GPS tracking.
