CLEAN UP DRIVE ACTIVITY

MY REFLECTION

The clean-up drive was held at Central Pico, La Trinidad, Benguet. At the back of the
trading post the pathway has many garbage trash like Plastic cups, cellophanes and other more.
Many people are walking in that pathway but they just ignore it. It stinks but they don’t care as
long as they walk to that pathway.
So we conducted a clean-up drive in that pathway so that the people living in that area
will be inspire to clean also their community. Also for them to learn that don’t throw their
garbage anywhere. The cleaner the community the more fresh air we inhale.
When we are cleaning the problem is the trash bags we don’t have enough trash bags
to put all the garbage trash. We need also work fast so that it will be finish quickly because we
don’t If it’s gonna rain or not. We lack also of tools so I realize that even if we lack of tools we
finish the task on time. Because of our team work or unity we make it even if there’s no price
for what we did we are happy in what we did.
In this activity I learned that if there’s unity even if not many the job well done easily.
And also I learned that it is hard to get the garbage that you did not throw. It hard but we
made it even if very hot and also the smelly stink of the garbage. I will not throw garbage
anywhere because I now know the feeling of picking the trash that I did not throw. I give my
salute to those people who know how to segregate their garbage and know how to put their
garbage on the trash cans or garbage pit.
