    Introduction

    Background of the study

    On this day tools are the most important things especially in the field of automotive

    technology. In fact, automotive service work requires a great variety of tools. One of

    main types of tools in shops is those that are considered as hand tools supplies the

    energy that drives the tools when used.

    In today’s generation, car technology has become more complex. The brake system

    use drum brakes has change to disc brake that composes brake piston, brake pads and

    disc. In terms of cleaning or removing the disc brake piston is difficult and dramatically

    challenging in removing the disc brake piston. Because of this difficulties and

    consequences, the researcher developed a new and improve disc brake piston remover,

    a used for removing disc brake piston of different sizes. This gadget provides powerful

    gripping capabilities to the disc brake piston to be driven by the wrench and its locking

    mechanism.
