Dear Honorable Consul:

I, Joenabie Gamao, sister of Jobie May Gamao, will be guaranteeing her stay in Japan
this coming June 5-12. 2019. However, I am unable to provide my ITR as one of her support
documents because our company which is based from Singapore is still undergoing our BIR
Registration for our Manila Representative Office. I have also mentioned this on my own
Japan Visa Application which I submitted a few days earlier. For your reference, I am
attaching my Certificate of Employment and Bank Certificate to show that I am able to
support our trip. I also have a BPI Gold Credit card to bring with me for speedy transactions.
This Japan trip is my graduation/birthday gift for her. We would love to experience Universal
Studios in Japan together and explore the Kansai Region before she heads off for college.
Attached also is her Certificate of Enrolment.
