MOUNT BAWANG
Mount bawang is one of the natural
NATURAL tourism attroctions in West Borneo the
mountain has seven peaks, so it is called
TOURISM mount bawang because it is like an
onion that has seven layers.
The highest peak is puncak jaya with an
altitude of 1460 masl.
This pace is offers beautiful scenery and
there are several flora and fauna on the
mountain.
Hornbills and Orang utan which are
now quite rare.
If you want to go to mount bawang
from Pontianak go directly to
Bengkayang regency, then we go to
Suka Bangun village Sungai Betung
sub-district then the climb starts from
the Suka Bangun village.
BENGKAYANG The trip from Pontianak to suka
WEST BORNEO bangun village,wich takes around 4-6
hours then climbing takes about 1
day.
