Multi-jet vane wheel water meter LXS 15-50

Application:
Used for measuring the totat volume of water flow passing through the running water pipeline.

Features:
1. Can be wet- dial or dry dial as your request.

Rotary piston water meter (Volumetric water meter)

LXH 15-40

Operation:
The water enters the meter from the inlet of the meter body and impacts the vane wheel at the p
of the vane blades to make it rotate. The water flows out from the outlet of the body. The rota on
of the vane wheel (propor onal to the velocity of water flow) is transmi ed directly to the central
gear in the vacuum-sealed register by the magne c coupling. The sealed register totalizes and ind
-icates the water volume passing through the meter.

Installation and use

1.Firstly ,according to the size of the pipeline ,choose right DN .Regard Qp as a suitable flow data.
2.In order to ensure the accuracy of the water meter measuring, the meter length of the upstr eam
end shall be not less than five mes the nominal diameter of straight pipe, avoid elbow, tee, at the
same me, the cone tube, and pump distrubance to the water meter.
3.Before installa on, the Pipeline muat be cleared and User must remove stones, such as silt sundry,
in order to prevent the water meter damage or malfunc on.
4.Water meter can be installed in horizontal or ver cal lines, horizontal installa on,the dial facing
upward, ver cal installa on, the bo om is water inlet, the upper end is water outlet. The dail facing
upward is convenient to observe and reading data.

Installation and use:

Clean the foreign ma er from the inside pipe.
This kind of water meter couldn’t be spoiled in the hot sun, humid, freeze, chemitry, electonic
pollu on, easy for dismantle,reading, and credit the user card.
Horizontal install/ Ver cal install, the direc on mark should in accordance with the flow direc on.
Leave length about 6-12 mes of the pipe diameter at the front of the water meter, and length ab-
out 4-6 mes of the pipes diameter at the back of the water meter for the accuracy measurement.
