There were 176 households which 34.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them,
58.0% were married couples living together, 13.6% had a female householder with no
husband present, and 24.4% were non-families. 20.5% of all households were made up of
individuals and 10.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The
average household size was 2.66 and the average family size was 3.07.
In the CDP, the population was spread out with 28.1% under the age of 18, 7.7% from 18 to
24, 22.6% from 25 to 44, 22.4% from 45 to 64, and 19.2% who were 65 years of age or
older. The median age was 37 years. For every 100 females, there were 103.0 males. For
every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 92.6 males.
The median income for a household in the CDP was $36,210, and the median income for a
family was $37,721. Males had a median income of $29,531 versus $30,083 for females.
The per capita income for the CDP was $22,035. About 19.3% of families and 17.1% of the
population were below the poverty line, including 30.2% of those under age 18 and 32.0%
of those age 65 or over.
