SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JULIUS DELEONIO BODANIO, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and

with residence and postal address at 8 Tanguile St. Feria Rd., Quezon City,
Philippines, NAME, APPOINT, AND CONSTITUTE and by these presents do
hereby NAME, APPOINT and JUANITO MONTERO BODANIO, of legal age,
Filipino, married, and with address at 8 Tanguile St. Feria Rd. Quezon City,
Philippines as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact (the “Attorney-in-Fact”) for
me and in my name, place, and stead, to do and perform any and all of the
following acts or deeds, namely:

a. To represent me for and in my behalf in the PROCESSING OF

DOCUMENTS for the receipt of the Certification of Registration and
Official Receipt of the vehicle with plate number AAJ-794 encumbered
under Philippine National Bank.

b. To represent, execute, pay the fees required, sign any and all documents
and papers as well as claim, receive for and in my behalf said documents
from the concerned agencies or offices in the Philippines, as well as do
any acts in order to accomplish the aforestated acts and deeds.

c. To submit all other documentary requirements as may be necessary for

the purpose of the release of the CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION and
OFFICIAL RECEIPT and for other legal purposes.

d. My Attorney-in-fact is hereby expressly authorized and empowered to

delegate to any person, who may exercise in his stead, any or all the
powers and authority herein granted to him or substitute any person to
his place to do and perform for me the said powers and authority.

e. To perform such other matters as may be required to carry out the

powers and purposes stated above.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-Fact full power

and authority to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and
necessary to be done in, and about, the premises, as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could do if personally present, and acting in person,
ratifying, and confirming all that my Attorney-in-Fact has done, shall lawfully
do, and cause to be done by virtue of this appointment.
