    Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia No 59 Tahun 2014


    tentang standar tarif pelayanan kesehatan dalam penyelenggaraan program
    jaminan kesehatan.
    Bab 1 pasal 1 ayat 3 : tarif indonesia case based groups yang selanjutnya
    disebut tarif INA CBG’S adalah besaran pembayaran klaim oleh BPJS
    Kesehatan kepada fasilitas kesehatan rujukan tingkat lanjutan atas paket layanan
    yang didasarkan kepada pengelompokkan diagnosis penyakit dan prosedur .
