Hazard Person who may be harmed / property damages

Wires from Mics - Tripping Hazard Voice actors may be injured and Mics may fall on floor and get damaged.
Paper stands - May fall over May injur a voice actor and could damage property inside.
Water may be spilt - breaking equipt. Technology equiptment may get damaged and can cause slipping hazard
Mic stands - Falling over Mics may get damaged
Lights - Power cut Equiptment may get damaged while exiting in the dark

Warn voice actors of tripping hazard and keep wires to one side

Sign outside stating no drinks - bottled water kept in seperate room for voice actors
Keep mics stands on the desk, avoid falling distance if stands give way.
Bring tourch and check weather to see if that may cause a black out.
