To Whom it May Concern:

It is with tremendous enthusiasum that I write this recommendation for Paige Martin. She was a student in

my AP English Language and Composition at El Capitan High School. I am incredibly impressed with her

ability to be both a scholar and an award-winning athlete. Miss Martin has been the recipient of a Gaucho

Award for volleyball, Offensive Player of the Year as a senior, for the CCC. Paige has also been

acknowledged for her academic excellence. A member of CSF, AVID, Miss Martin has also found time to

work part-time and do many hours of community service.

In my classroom, she was an active participant in our discussions, and she always supported her peers. Her

caring nature and personality allow her to apply her team skills in any setting. She always respects others'

opinions even when they differ from her own.

Outside of the classroom, Paige is dedicated to painting and sketching. Her cheerful nature and openness to

the feedback demonstrate she's always learning and growing as a learner, an impressive strength that will

continue to serve her well in college and beyond. I have no reservations about the trajectory of Miss Martin’s
