I.RATIONALE

In the celebration of the National Science Month the Science Club Organization The
In this connection we are proposing this project PISO MO DAKULONG TABANG SA
KAPALIBOTAN SAKA ESKUWELAHAN KO (Your Peso a Great Help for the Environment and My
School) A fund raising activity which will mainly support the above mentioned activities and
projects

II.OBJECTIVES:

1 To raise funds in supporting the different science activities

Science activities have the following objectives
 Promote students understanding of science technology and
environment
 develop active participation deeper awareness on significant issues and
concerns and to instill environmental values
 enhance students’ skills a factor leading to an improved academic
performance

III: PROJECT MECHANICS

1 The project’s respondents and beneficiaries are students of Tandaay Provincial High
School One pledge slip with control number will be given to each student but additional slip
shall be given upon request A bona fide student who will be able to raise twenty pesos (20 00)
and above will receive a certificate of membership to the two organization Science Club and
Yes O Club
2 Individual student who will raise three thousand pesos and above entitles him to join
the Regional Science Encampment An accumulated amount of five thousand pesos per year
level entitles one student to be free of registration in the science camp
3 Surprise cash Prizes /Certificates will be given on culminating day
4 Pledge slip distributed must all be returned on the canvassing day for proper
accounting and financial evaluation
 5 Student with the highest votes or pledges will be awarded on the Culminating Activity
as Mr & Miss Earth 2013 (1 st)Mr and Miss Environment (2 nd) and Mr and Ms Science
&Technology (3rd)
6 Amount in excess will be used to put up tangible project (Science Bulletin and Display
Board)
