Quality control procedures

We support our products by an advanced technical laboratory and

we have all the necessary equipment for chemical analysis and
sieve analysis in the factory land. This is supervised by highly
experienced and reliable technical staff.

First step is the control in our raw materials by tests the best and
cleanest raw materials and we do definition the patch Which will
sending it to the wash unit and we record the results of analysis in
reports.

- Wash unit has three steps to reduce unwanted soluble salts

and increase the purity of NaCl

The quality testing laboratory has a traceability system to steps of

wash salt in wash unit and final product and records the results of
analysis in reports. If the final product does unconformity we
isolate the quantity and recycling it in the washing unit again .
We have quality testing laboratory for testing and inspection the
following Items in the factory:

3. SO4--
4. Cl-
5. HCO3-- & CO3--
6. Insoluble salts
7. Silica SiO2
8. Moisture
9. Iodine
10. Cyanide
11. Sieve analysis ( Crystal size )

All analysis were carried out on dried basis at a test method :

American Standard test Methods for chemicals analysis for
Sodium Chloride ( ASTM 534)

but we using outside laboratory for testing to heavy elements

and organic compound periodically:
