Statement of Problem
Laundry and housekeeping are two of the most important functions in hotels, but often
they are services put to the bottom of the priority list. Ironically, it's the unsung heroes in
housekeeping that your guests will remember; the little touches when they return to their room
after a day spent sight-seeing or in a long business meeting. Laundry quality leaves a lasting
impression - the quality of the linen and the sleep experience is a key differential for the
customer experience.

Some hotels used in-house laundry services to provide their guests with clean linens and
bath towels, but eventually questions why are the hotel’s laundry services result to such high
utility costs. The burden of purchasing laundry equipment, costs of high utility and staff
expenses will eventually rise. In years to come further problems will arise due to mishandling
and frequent use of commercially harsh products such as yellowing (or galling) of white fabrics,
greying of white fabrics, rust stains, mould & mildew stains.

The challenge is to find a way to reduce utility costs while still providing guests with the
best service possible, which means giving customers clean linens and towels at least possible
cost.

laundry needs. We process laundry to your exact specifications and for your convenience. We
will also work with you to develop a plan that best meets your budget and needs.

Leaving your laundry to us allows your hotel to focus on their core business and at the
same time, reduce capital expenditure, water, electricity, labor and other costs, replace a fixed-
cost operating structure with a variable cost model incurring in laundry cost only for occupied
rooms and therefore, matching expenses to revenue and eliminate need to spend capital in
tooling the laundry room.

Belle’s Trading offers smart solutions to meet your business laundry needs, a quality and
affordable laundry services. We will pick up your dirty laundry and return it to you washed and
folded. For your convenience, we offer both weekly and “on demand” pick-up of your laundry.
Virtually all washable items are welcome — clothing, linens, comforters, sleeping bags, rugs,
etc., and we will return your laundry fast.

Further, to ensure quality at affordable cost, we have our own production, the A &C
Corporation. The products have been specially formulated to give the desired quality results. Our
quality is tested by special technicians to avoid any shortcomings, and ensure that the products
can be used to maximum efficiency. We process raw material for detergent industries in the
formulation of Washing Powder, Detergent Powder, Liquid Soap etc, which enhance properties
of soap & Detergent and give better quality Product. Thus provides unbeatable whitening for
your fabrics while removing body soil, stains and dirt that detergent can leave behind at a more
affordable price. Moreover, all products are eco-friendly and biodegradable and does not pose
threat to environment

We also use commercial grade equipment and machineries that clean clothes and put less
stress on them than typical washers and dryers. We also continue to invest in production
technologies that enhance a safe work environment, improve productivity, and of course, do not
compromise our high quality standards. Our machineries and chemicals are blend of the latest in
production technology and proven systems that provide quality on a consistent basis.

In the event of an emergency, such as a natural or man-made disaster, every effort will be
made to continue service as normal as possible.

Cost and Payment

Pricing laundry service is per kilogram, clean dry weight for customer owned good (cog) for
your hotel is P30.00 per kilogram. This price includes pickup and delivery, professional
processing, water, detergents, and base electricity. As your hotel grows or upon request, the
frequency of pickup and delivery service can be modified.

The costs of our materials are a bit cheaper because we have our own production plant.
