Our Profile:

The Sugbo Fairs Event Management is an event management firm that provides purpose–
driven events, exhibits and fairs guided by strong values and professional ethics. Although a
new entrant in the industry, our promise is to organize events with desirable results. We aim to
position the firm to be the top five in the event planning line of business in Cebu Province, and
also be amongst the top 20 in Visayas and Mindanao within the first 10 years of operations.

All the exhibits and events of Sugbo Fairs Event Management will benefit a chosen Foundation,
Non-profit institution or in support of a certain cause. We often support local artisans and micro
and small entrepreneurs who show great potentials but lacking in opportunity. Thus in close
coordination with DTI and other local government agencies, we are reserving certain
percentage of exhibit space for the deserving and pre-identified micro, small and medium
enterprises at no cost. This is a chance for them to penetrate the mainstream and make this
exhibit a strategy for them to grab more trade opportunities
Sugbo Fairs Event Management is founded by Haidee G. Juezan and Gina A. Yosores with
consultants who previously worked with institutions such as CITEM, DTI, FAME. The team shall
bring a wealth of knowledge and experience that is unmatched in the event industry. The team’s
diverse knowledge includes experience in the industries of exports, food and nutrition,
consumer, health, fashion and beauty, developmental works, charitable causes, retail, real
estate, entertainment and sports. We have proven track record for innovation and creativity,
while landing events on time and on budget.

Through our exhibits, Sugbo Fairs aims to showcase Filipinos’ ingenuity known all over the
world. The products to be displayed will embody the true essence of craftsmanship as shown in
the international shows and other local renowned fairs like Manila FAME, Bijoux Cebu, among
others. These shows were consistently flocked by foreign buyers where they were able to
actually see and experience creativity at its best.

The major product line and income central of Sugbo Fairs Event Management with
concentration on producing exhibits among the premier malls in the Visayas Region.
Under this category are themed exhibits like Kababainhan (fair dedicated to women);
Artisan Village (in support of local artists, designers and DIY crafters); Hinablon
(gathering of local weavers including the Hablon de Argao and other weavers from
various tribes and provinces) and Handurawan (exhibit showcasing Philippines
and its journey through times)

 Mugna Visayas

Mugna Visayas is a gathering of world class designers, exporters, producers and other
local artisans. All creations are locally produced. Each item speaks well of culture and
art blended well with function and purpose. Inside the Mugna Visayas exhibit area,
Vispop songs are played all throughout the day in support of the local pop. Furthermore,
exhibitors from neighboring provinces in the Visayas like Bohol, Leyte and Negros would
come up with special themed events. Mugna Visayas is usually invitational and exclusive
 for certain customers and buyers. The General public may view the exhibit on the last
day of the exhibit period but with a certain entrance fee. This would serve as a one-time
shop for the owners of Hotels, Resorts and Restaurants, Real Estate Developers and
Association of Interior Designers.

This will focus more on outdoor food exhibits. Pika pika sa Sugbu, a small food fair
showcasing the Best of Cebu’s cuisines and delicacies is under this category.
