- The names printed on the registration sheet are based on what is written on the registration list
that is submitted to our office. Please check that your names are correct and spelled correctly.

changes (especially in the IDs and certificates of attendance) can also be made immediately

Parking
- Parking is available at the basement level of the hotel. The hotel’s standard parking fee (P 100
for the first 3 hours and P 90 for every succeeding hour) shall apply and is to be paid upon exit
from the carpark. Parking is also available in the carpark buildings adjacent to Shangri-La mall
- A very limited number of complimentary car passes are also available at the registration
counter on a first-come, first-served basis
Seating and eating arrangements
- Participants are free to choose their seats. However, we encourage participants to arrive and
register on time to be able to get a good seat. Since the seats correspond to the number of
participants, we would also like to request attendees to refrain from putting their things
(bags, briefcases, umbrellas, etc.) on the chairs beside them to avoid inconvenience to
others
Other matters
- Please ensure that your mobile phones are fully charged as phone chargers will not be
available
- To avoid inconvenience, please wear the ID tag—face up—issued at all times. The ID will
also serve as your meal pass
- We suggest that participants bring a jacket or shawl in case the air-conditioning inside the
venue tends to get cold
- To avoid interference and other problems with electronic equipment inside the function
room, please do not remove cords that are already plugged into outlets. Please ask CGBP
staffers or hotel banquet staff for assistance should you need an outlet
- Please use a pen (there is one included in the resource kit), not a pencil, to fill out the
evaluation form
- We strongly encourage attendees to network among each other and exchange calling cards as
we do not provide a list of participants
- Please do not leave your belongings unattended inside the function room and ensure that
you do not leave anything behind at the end of the seminar
In the tradition of best practices, we encourage participants to give out and exchange calling
cards with each other. There is value in collaboration and there are opportunities in
networking. Please bring a lot of calling cards, make friends, and have fun!
