1-Executive Summary:

Basically ease application will serve the people very efficiently. It will save customers time and money.
Customer will find their desire mechanics easily through the app. Affiliate marketing is performance-
based marketing. In simple words, if you sell a product/service on behalf of other, you’ll get paid
commission.
Make online website or application and will be used for repairing of electronic devices at door
steps because every person has mobile phone, laptops, and other electronic items. When they find
fault, they will contact with us and we will repair their devices through registered mechanics. We
will make them out from trouble to their home and return after repairing earns commission. We
will hire mechanic man for repairing their devices and earn commissions. Google play store will
also a way of income. Because some people have no time to go to the market, they can save their
time through your app.

We checked that our application required by the customers because they have no time go to market
to repair their electronic items. We search all the procedure through internet for finding their
demands. It is also make sense that an application should be available for the saving the time of
customers. We also check by gumshoe research for finding their problems because One of the most
effective things an entrepreneur can do to conduct a thorough product/service feasibility analysis
is to hit the streets and talk to potential customers.

Is an assessment of the overall appeal of the industry and the target market for the Ease
application?
We focused on two things:
a)- Target Market Attractiveness
b)- Industry Attractiveness
for our idea, we determine that can industry support us our new business idea? They required such
kind of service for solving issues of customers like repairing. is there such type of application
available for repairing electronics thing, does the Afzal and Mian group of electronics partnership
with us to run our business, space is avail for our office.

We determine that our business has sufficient management expertise, organizational competence,
and resources to successfully launch a new business (Ease app). And determine our power that we
can run our business through a good management system like software developers. And find out
non-financial resources.

How Ease app is better than others


While launching Ease we developed and implemented a lot of the underlying infrastructure that
was needed to run a consumer Internet business in multiple countries in the region, then
harmonized them on a single platform. That wasn’t easy. But now we can do many more things
than just mobility, and we will be one of the few companies that will have breadth of population
and support in a large tech platform.

Building an Internet business in the region is difficult. but in this region we had to set up a lots of
the necessary elements ourselves. This was a challenge.

Technology requires scale, you can’t invest hundreds of millions of dollars building something if
you’re only going to reach two million people in Pakistan. If you want to build a large technology
platform then you need hundreds of millions of people to which you can market, but our region is
so fragmented structurally we needed to do a lot of thing in a lot of countries.

Elsewhere it’s easier because the things you need to build an Internet business already exist, so
you’re not building everything from scratch.

4-Marketing Plan:

Distribution Objectives
The main objective of our distribution strategy for our business is to reach maximum target
customers.
Parallel to the main objective, a business can design other objectives need to achieve through
distribution strategy.
Objectives can be different as per nature of the business and its target market.
Here is some goals of our distribution objectives discussed below:
 To reach maximum target customers
 To spread maximum brand and business related information
 To acquire maximum distribution channels than competitors
 To create complete distribution network for our business
 To reach every possible geographical area where a single potential customer exist.

At the end of every month, a sales analysis will be conduct which will evaluate the sales and
marketing activities.

Personal Requirements

Off course, every business needs a human resource to execute, ours too.
As per your marketing strategy, bunch of employees we business need.
We also need their efficiency and skills in the field and that will be our main priority.
Our professionals will handle our human resource department.
There are many Companies having a large pool of human resource for its operation from
production to distribution so we will get some acknowledgement from them.

5-Operational Plan:

Basically our whole procedure starts with the customer request on our ease application. After
getting a request from customer’s location a suitable person who is a mechanic man nearby
requested location receives a request and pack his bag to move on the targeted location.
Approximately every mechanic man reaches at his destination on 20 to 30 minutes, and time
millage can be exceeding according to the location.

Ease main asset is mechanic man. Every mechanic man will register himself with our ease
application the procedure of registration is very easy and suitable for every single person.

For a mechanic man following are the requirements

 Punctual & honest
 Common manners
 Good communication skills

6-Management and organization:

6.1 Organizational Structure:


Ease expects to hire 20 employees. Together, Shahzaib and Usman will personally select each
candidate. They’ve adopted an effective interview process designed to staff the Ease application
with highly qualified people for each position. Each applicant will be rated and evaluated
according to a pre-defined set of standards designed for each position. Background checks will be
utilized for designated positions. Recruiting efforts will always center on referrals.

6.2 Management Team


The application will be owned by M. Arslan. Arslan began his services career at the age of 21
working in Careem Application and earned his way through college as a server and bartender.
After earning his degree, he worked for Careem app. In the organization he held the positions of
Assistant Manager and then General Manager. Arslan received his Graduation from the University
of Central Punjab, Faisalabad Campus. After graduation he was local employed in Caream app
and then manager.

6.3 Management Team Gaps


Initially Shahzaib and Usman will fill in many of the management gaps. Over time, they have
plans to hire a sales director, a general manager, and back-up manager.

To meet the gaps associated in payroll, inventory management, and cost accounting, Usman will
purchase have considered a POS (point of sale system) that it simplifies communications between
the staff management and the Mian & Afzal group of electronics. Orders go through the computer,
directly to employees of our hiring mechanic men. Another benefit of an Ease POS programs is
that it can track everything from location, to the most popular features. Because the POS system
acts as a time clock, it can also help prepare payroll – which will save some money in the
bookkeeping department. Along with the daily operations of running Ease App, a POS system can
organize profit and loss statement and sales tax.

The financial plan consists of a 12-month profit and loss projection, a four- year profit and loss
projection (optional), a cash flow projection, a projected balance sheet, and a breakeven

More importantly, however, the process of thinking through the financial plan will improve your
insight into the inner financial workings of your company.

Twelve Month Profit and Loss Projection:


Many business owners think of this as the centerpiece of their plan. This is where you put it all
together in numbers and get an idea of what it will take to make a profit and be successful. Forecast
cost of services, expenses, and profit month by month for one year. Your sales projections will
come from the Twelve-Month Sales Forecast you did in the Marketing Plan section.

Profit projections should be accompanied by a narrative explaining the major assumptions used to
estimate company income & expenses.

Research Notes: In addition, keep careful notes on your research and assumptions, so you can
explain them later if necessary, and also so you can go back to your sources when it is time to
revise your plan later on.

Four Year Profit Protection (optional):


The 12-month projection is the heart of your financial plan. However, we provide this work sheet
for those who want to carry their forecasts beyond the first year. It is expected of those seeking
venture capital. Bankers pay more attention to the 12-month projection.

Of course, keep notes of your key assumptions, especially about things you expect to change
dramatically after the first year.

Projected Cash flow:
If the profit projection is the heart of your business plan, then cash flow is the blood. Businesses
fail because at some point they cannot pay their bills. Every part of your business plan is important,
but none of it means a thing if you run out of cash.
The point of this worksheet is to plan how much you need before startup, for preliminary expenses,
operating expenses, and reserves. You should keep updating it and using it afterwards as well. It
will enable you to foresee shortages in time to do something about them; perhaps to cut expenses,
or perhaps to negotiate a loan. But at least not to be taken by surprise.
