Location PAN INDIA
Compensation (CTC)  Internship Certificate from OysterConnect.com, Live Project
Certificate from allocated project clients, LinkedIn
Recommendation, Additional Certificates of Excellence as per
various target achievement slabs and other performance
parameters.
 Students will be entitled for Performance Based monetary
incentive. Subject to performance, an average performer should
earn between Rs 25,000 - Rs 30,000 over the course of the
internship program. There is no upper cap on the monetary
rewards and high performers can earn much higher amounts.

Location Allowance -
 PAN India: We shall try to assign you work in your college
city/home town. However subject to our business requirements,
you can be asked to work from any other city as well. In such a
scenario, you will be given a Location Allowance of upto Rs
5,000/- subject to you meeting the base target on the assigned
project.
 Location Allowance will be over and above the stipend
Roles & Responsibility ● Conduct orientation program for blue & white collared
employees
● Ensuring effective achievement of process implementation and
process adherence
● Deliver effective training as per agreed timelines
● Conduct process training, up-skill training for existing/new
verticals/categories and refresher trainings
● Excellent verbal and written communications skills
● Excellent delivery, organizational, and planning skills
● Knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint is desirable
 ● Strong Communication - English and local language proficiency

Other Details regarding ● It will be a 6 day working week

Profile ● Knowledge on regional languages is preferred
● Should be ready to do night shifts/rotational shifts
● Travel expenses to be incurred on self (within city limits).
However any travel outside the city will be taken care of by the
company
● Contract would be for a duration of 3 - 4 months. Can be
extended basis requirement/student’s availability & willingness.

 Students willing to travel in order to meet the internship
deliverables.
