Picnic at the park

Last Saturday, my family and I went for a picnic at the park.

We went there by car and arrived at 7 o’clock in the morning.
We set our things under a shady tree and enjoyed the
comforting breeze.

There were many people at the park. Some of them were

jogging. Others were riding their bicycle. There were also some
children playing at the park.

After a while, we bought some snacks and drinks from the

vendors there. We had our breakfast at the park. Soon, it was
time to go home. We truly enjoyed our fun day at the park.

An morning assembly

It is Monday morning. The students of SJKC Bekoh are at the

school field. They are having a morning assembly. They line up
on the field quietly.

It is time to sing the national anthem. All teachers and

students stand up straight. They sing the song together as the
prefect hoists the national flag.

After that, the principal gives a speech. Everybody listens

and pays full attention. Then, they return to their classroom
accordingly to start their lesson.
