    Greetings!

    As a partial requirement for our subject Sanitary Engineering, under Engr. Leizel Lou T. Udacion,
    we the undersigned students are required to gather the Topographic map, Site plan, Flow
    diagram, Countour plan and Index Map of Zones from the Barangay.

    May we ask for your permission to allow us to conduct a visit and get some data, as this is a
    part of the Outcome Based Education being implemented in our University. We would also like
    to ask permission to document our visit. The data that we have gathered will only be used for
    research purposes and will be presented only in class
