    Dear Client [EMBASSY OF THE SULTANATE OF KUWAIT],

    MS TECHNO ENGINEERS hereby requests that Our Maintenance Contract Agreement be extended for the period of
    [ April 1, 2019 – April 1, 2020 ].

    The proposed monthly budget for the above mentioned extension period is 1,60,000 INR plus [18% (GST) = 28,800
    INR ].

    Total Monthly Amount = 1,60,000 + 28,800 = 1,88,800 INR

    Note: The terms and conditions of the contract are the same as the original contract.
