disturbances work.
e) Shifting of HEMM from Bharatpur OCP 20-Apr-19 GM, Jagannath Excavator will be provided from Ananta OCP after
obtaining alternate site approval for

f) Arrangement for evacuation of 15 MT Coal from L&T Pipe Conveyor System- 30-Apr-19 GM (E&M) Scheme is awaited from CMPDI.
Scheme by CMPDI to be expedited – synchronization reqd.

completed successfully, fourth hole drilling is
going on.
4 Lingaraj OCP a) Shifting of left out PAFs of Langijoda & Madanmohanpur 30-Nov-19 GM, Lingaraj Demanding additional compensation at par with
EC: 20 MTY compensation paid to PAF who handed over the land
at later stage. Villagers also filed writ petition at
Hon'ble High Court of Odisha.

b) Commissioning of L&T CHP/SILO 31-Jul-19 GM, Lingaraj 99% work completed, only grouting of Railway track
50 meters on both sides of the SILO is to be done.

c) Rail connectivity from Deulbera Siding to Lingaraj MGR Sdg.
31-Jul-19 GM, Lingaraj RITES Part - About 56% track laying completed and
one ROB is under construction will be completed up
to 30th June19 . Railway Part - About 63% work
completed. PH-I, Out of 3 ROB and 1 Culvert, 1
ROB has been constructed, rest construction is
under process in PH-II Out of 3 R0B, EARTH
WORK COMPLETED for the 1st and for 2nd -
earth work has been started.

d) Activities for shifting of coal corridor road 15-May-19 GM, Lingaraj Estimate is under preparation stage at the Area
and will be submitted to MCL HQ upto 15th
May.

EC: 14 MTY village for proper mine operation. these, 35 persons have received compensation.

Certificates, Legal Heir etc.

b) Resettlement of village Jarada 30-Nov-19 District Admn Resettlement is pending for want of finalisation of
R&R site. Villagers of Patharmunda are not allowing
any development work and demanding employment
beyond norms.

c) Identification and alienation of Govt. land for Resettlement Site 30-Apr-19 GM, Kaniha Once again R&R site at village Takua need to be
considered for development in consultation with State
Administration. Further, two places within 15 Kms
have been identified by the Area and Tahsildar has
been requested to submit his views.
d) Boundary adjustment of Coal Block of Chhelia for progress of R&R 31-May-19 GM (P&P) CMPDI has been referred for making boundary
adjustment.
e) Application for EC/FC for Integrated Project with Gopalji 31-May-19 GM, Kaniha Land schedule under preparation
