Control Description:

# Plant Operation:

1. On Plant operation , fresh air dampers and recirculation dampers should be completely
open.
2. On normal plant shutdown , supply fan should be off and dampers should be closed.
3. In the event of mix air temperaure drops below set value ( or 5 ° C ) , alarm should go off
and system shall be closed.
4. All control valves should be closed on plant shutdown.

# Temperature Control:
1. The supply air temparture should be maintained by modulation in series of the cooling coil
control valve and heating coil control value.
2. The supply air temperature set point should be adjusted to ensure that that the reheat
control valve output is minimized.

# Humidity Control:

1. The return air humidity should be maintained at the required set point by providing override
control of the cooling coil control valve.
2. Cooling coil control valve to achieve dehumidification.

# Fan Speed Control:

1. The supply fan speed should be modulated to maintain a constant supply airflow rate to the
dictates of the fan mounted air flow measuring device.
2. When required to operate , the supply fan run status should be confirmed to start and run
at a varibale speed as dictated by fan speed control loop.
