We are first year college students of Medical Technology and Psychology department, namely;
Vhea Bartolome (Psychology), Lyan Kyla Roque (Medical Technology), Maxine Lei Marie Dagcutan
(Medical Technology) and Justine Gail Rosario (Medical Technology), have been accepted in the Asia Youth
International Model United Nations that will be held in Putrajaya, Malaysia on the 25th to the 28th of
August. The Asia Youth International Model United Nations is a prestigious academic stimulation where
participants play the role of delegates from different countries and attempt to solve real global issues with
the policies and perspectives of their assigned country. It aims to provide platform for youth to learn about
diplomacy, critical thinking, public speaking and about the United Nations.

As an institution that values holistic development in all of its students, this would be a great opportunity
for the development and representation of the individual students involved beyond the school
organizations. This event is a big opportunity to us; however, we are in need of financial support in order
for us to take part and represent not only the country but the university as well. We hope to work with
