Yesterday we have see that the Data class section is not getting loaded into Flow Action because the
reference page is not available on clipboard.
To fix this issue, make sure we create VehicleLoss pages is created before the flow actions gets
loaded.
To create the page run a pre processing Data transform in the pre processing.
Click on edit icon
Save.
Save.
Now the above data transform gets executed, while the flow action loads into perform harness.
Now create a case and test it.
This is loaded.
Go to clipboard.
Done.
SLA (Service Level Agreement)
SLA can be applied on
1. Step
2. Process
3. Stage
4. Case
To apply at case level we can define in Case Type settings tab or We can set a property pySLAName
with name Of SLA rule using pyDefault DTF.
Dynamic SLA
We can choose GOAL , Deadline time intervals reference by a Data Time property, SLA gets
calculated based on that property.
This way of design make the SLA to be dynamically used across different assignment.
1. On Assignment shape for which we need adjustment – So that we can Make change to SLA
times by opening this local action from action dropdown.
2. On Case Type :- When we call local action on case type, this adjustment work for case wide
SLA if available.
DONE…..
Create an SLA and apply to Loss Details assignment and perform an escalation after goal such that it
should be routed to some manager.
Save. Done.
Now create a case and once case reaches Loss details assignment, it should be there in WB.
Wait for one minute, I-57 should move to manager work list.
After one minute, we see, I-57 is moved.
