Sub: Amendment In Rajasthan Civil Services (Medical Attendance)

Rules, 2013 In Appendix- I: List of 'Approved Hospitals'

In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 4 of the of Rajasthan Civil

Services (Medical Attendance) Rules, 2013 and as per the decision of the
Health Benefit Empowered Committee (HBEC), the State Government
hereby includes the following hospitals in Appendix -I, as "Approved
Hospital" as defined in Rule 3(5) of aforesaid rules:-

1. Santokba Durlabhji Memorial Hospital cum Research Institute, Jaipur

(Multispecialtycategory)
2. Jaipur National University Institute of Medical Sciences and
Research Centre, Jaipur (Multispecialtycategory)
3. GetweII Hospital and Research Centre, Sikar (Multispecialty
,category)
4. Anupam Eye Hospital & Research Centre, Pvt. Ltd., Lalkothi, Jaipur
(Ophthalmologycategory)

Note:
(1) The Order will be effective upto 5 years from the date of issue.

(2) The hospital shall be bound not to charge, from the State
Government employees, more than the rates as may be fixed
by the State Government from time to time for approved
private hospitals for various treatments, investigations and
implants.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 4 of the of Rajasthan Civil

Services (Medical Attendance) Rules, 2013 and as per the decision of the
Health Benefit Empowered Committee (HBEC), the State Government
hereby includes the following hospitals in Appendix -I, as "Approved
Hospital" as defined in Rule 3(~) of aforesaid rules-

1. Ravindra Hospital, Jhunjhunu (Multispecialty category)

2. Chandni Hospital, Talwandi, Kota (Orthopaedics category)
3. I Max Eye Care Hospital, Sikar (Ophthalmology category)
4. Kapoor Hospital and Eye Centre, Jaipur (Ophthalmology category)
5. ASG Hospital Pvt. Ltd., Udaipur (Ophthalmology category)

Note:
(1) The Order will be effective upto 5 years from the date of issue.
