Notes :-
1.Mentioning of urgent matters will be before Hon’ble the Acting Chief Justice.
2.Miscellaneous Writ Petitions which are to be heard by Division Benches, other than the specified categories, will be listed
before DB-IV.
3.Matters other than part-heard, presently pending before various Benches shall stand transferred to the
respective Benches as per the above roster.
4.Specially directed matters may be assigned by Hon ’ ble the Acting Chief Justice to any of the above
Benches or any of the Hon ’ ble Judges sitting singly or in specially constituted Benches.
5.Regular/final hearing matters would be listed chronologically so that old matters can be given priority in
disposal.
6.Hon ’ ble Judge-in-charge, Original side will mark matters other than Arbitration matters to ‘ A ’, ‘ B ’, ‘C’, ‘ E ’
and ‘F’ Courts.
7.The ‘Final’ category matters (from the year 2004 to 2008) under the Indian Arbitration Act, 1940 and Arbitration and
Conciliation Act, 1996 pending before the Board of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Shakdher (‘D’ & ‘G’ Courts) shall be equally
distributed amongst the boards of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Vipin Sanghi (‘A’ Court), Hon’ble Ms. Justice Mukta Gupta (‘E’
Court) and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Jayant Nath (‘C’ Court) randomly.
8.Hon ’ ble Judge-in-charge (Single Benches-Criminal Jurisdiction) will mark the matters which cannot be
listed before roster benches or are directed to be listed before other benches.
9.Pending and fresh Criminal Appeals would be distributed equally (as far as possible) amongst the roster
b enches of H on ’ b l e Ms. Justice Hima Kohli, Hon’ble Ms. Justice Veena Birbal, Hon ’ ble Mr. Justice
Siddharth Mridul, Hon ’ ble Mr. Justice S.P. Garg and Hon ’ ble Ms. Justice Sunita Gupta on random basis
through the computer.
10.Criminal Misc. Main Cases of the year 2013 pending before the board of Hon’ble Mr. Justice S.P. Garg shall stand
transferred to the board of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sunil Gaur.
11.Fresh Criminal Writs shall be equally distributed amongst the roster benches of Hon ’ b l e Ms. Justice
Hima Kohli, Hon ’ b l e Ms. Justice Veena Birbal, Hon ’ b l e Mr. Justice Siddharth Mridul and Hon ’ b l e Ms.
Justice Sunita Gupta on random basis.
12.Fresh Criminal Misc. Main Cases and Criminal Revision Petitions shall be equally distributed between the
roster Bench of Hon ’ ble Ms. Justice Veena Birbal, Hon ’ ble Mr. Justice J.R. Midha and Hon ’ ble Mr. Justice
Sunil Gaur on random basis.
