3. Regular/final hearing matters would be listed chronologically so that old matters can be
given priority in disposal.

4. Specially directed matters may be assigned by Hon’ble the Chief Justice to any of the
above Benches or any of the Hon’ble Judges sitting singly or in specially constituted
Benches.

5. Hon’ble Judge-in-charge, Original side will mark matters other than Arbitration matters
to ‘A’ ‘B’, ‘C’, ‘E’ and ‘F’ Courts.

6. Fresh matters under the Indian Arbitration Act, 1940 and Arbitration and Conciliation
Act, 1996 shall be equally distributed between ‘C’ and ‘D&G’ courts.

7. Hon’ble Judge-in-Charge (Single Benches – Criminal Jurisdiction) will mark the


matters which cannot be listed before roster benches or are directed to be listed before
other Benches.

8. Fresh Criminal Writ Petitions (DB) including those relating to Habeas Corpus and
Preventive Detention shall be equally distributed amongst DB-VI, DB-VIII & DB-IX.

9. Fresh Criminal Appeals (DB) shall be equally distributed amongst DB-VI, DB-VIII &
DB-IX.

10. Fresh Criminal Leave Petitions shall be equally distributed between DB-VI and DB-IX.

11. Fresh Regular First Appeals (other than Land Acquisition) shall be equally distributed
between Hon’ble Ms. Justice Hima Kohli and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sudershan Kumar
Misra.

12. Fresh Bail Applications shall be equally distributed amongst all Single Bench Judges
sitting on the Criminal Roster.

13. Fresh Criminal Appeals shall be equally distributed amongst Hon’ble Dr. Justice S.
Muralidhar, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sunil Gaur, Hon’ble Mr. Justice V. K. Jain, and
Hon’ble Mr. Justice S. P. Garg.

14. Fresh Criminal Leave Petitions shall be equally distributed between Hon’ble Dr. Justice
S. Muralidhar, and Hon’ble Ms. Justice Veena Birbal.

15. Fresh Criminal Writ Petitions shall be equally distributed between Hon’ble Ms. Justice
Veena Birbal and Hon’ble Ms. Justice Mukta Gupta.

16. Fresh Criminal Misc. Main cases shall be equally distributed between Hon’ble Mr.
