 INTRODUCTION TO THE PROJECT

Project title “Corporate Governance and its impact on management of organization “The objective
of the project is too aware the emlpoyer and staff about the corporate governance and its impact
on management of organization. The Corporate Governance is a number of process, customers,
policies, laws and institutions which impacts on the way a company is controlled. An important
theme of corporate governance is the nature and extent of accountability of people in the business
and mechanisms that try to decrease the principal agent problem.

Corporate Governance also includes the relationships among the many stakeholders involved and the
goals for which the corporation is governed. In contemporary business corporations, the main
external stakeholder groups are shareholders, debt holders, trade creditors, suppliers, customer and
communities affected by the corporation’s activities. Informal stakeholders are the board of directors,
executives and other employees. It guarantees that an enterprise is directed and controlled in a
responsible, professional, and transparent manner with the purpose of safeguarding its long-term
success it is intended to increase the confidence of shareholders and capital market investors.

IMPORTANCE OF LIVE PROJECT

1. It familiarizes us with the vision and the working environment of an organization.

2. Live project is given to refresh or enhance the knowledge of the students or working
professionals.

3. After live project when we will join any company, we will be confident and will have
high morale.

4. To familiarize the employs with company discipline and the working environment.

5. To teach them the Best and Proven practices.

6. To improve leadership qualities in them.

 7. To teach them various approaches and tactics of developing projects.

8. To increase the confidence level among the employs

9. To improve Communication, logical and analytical skills.

MOTIVATION TO THE PROJECT

The motive of our live project is too aware the employer and staff about the corporate governance
and how it impact on the management of an organization.From the beginning, the important thing
in our mind is that we should concentrate our project work on a subject that is easy to understand
and is according to our daily requirement. By keeping this in mind, the subject chosen by us is
CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND ITS IMPACT ON MANAGEMENT OF
ORGANISATION. In the present time, corporate governance is very much essential for the
smooth and ethical functioning in an organization. In the past, so many corporate organizations
have been caught of getting involved in unethical practices, Consequently, corporate governance
mechanism has been a crucial issue discussed again.

Bengal .Then in 2003,they opened their mid store in Ahmadabad. In the year they have opened
their first store in capital city new Delhi.

offering a vast range of product under one roof . Maintaining high standard in quality and design
V Mart offer fashion garments at down to earth prices and over a period of time has emerged as
the destination of choice for barging hunters and the fashionable alike.
They primarily operate in tire 11 and tire 111 cities with the chain of ‘value Retail’ department
store.

INDUSTRY LIVE PROJECT EXPERIENCE

In beginning, we were very confused and tensed about our project. We were taken it as a
Burden. We had no idea about this live project because it was our first time. Initially we were
having three big questions in front of us i.e.- How, Where, & When. But we are very thankful to
our sir Mr. Raja Ram who kept on guiding us for our better future. He made everything so easy
and simple. He used to talk on this topic every day, in every lecture. He gave the little idea that
how we can do it and where we can perform it.

. We have to learn and develop a sense of responsibility while project with the
university. It was a new experience for us . we hadn’t done this ever. We were very nervous.
Now we are more confident about ourself. Sir if you don’t motivate us for this we would never
do this ever in life. Your motivation inspires me a lot. It was a great experience.
