RESEARCH QUESTIONNAIRE

This questionnaire is prepared as part of our research project on “THE EFFECT OF


INTRINSIC AND EXTRINSIC REWARDS ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN KPK
UNIVERSITIES”. The main purpose of this questionnaire is to measure the performance
of employees and role of intrinsic and extrinsic rewards on it as motivational tool. The
information you provide in this study will be treated with high confidentiality. Your
