RENTAL AGREEMENT

This agreement of rental is made and executed at Bangalore on this the

Here in after called the OWNER/LESSOR (Which term shall mean &include
his heirs, executors, administrator, legal representatives and assigns) of the one

Where as the lessor agrees to let part of residential premises situated at 2
cross, H NO-219, I.T.P.L Main road ,kundhala halli colony, Doddanakkundi
post, Bangalore 560037.And the lesser agrees to take on rent the said
premises on the following term and conditions:
NOW THE RENTAL AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS
FOLLOWS:

1. The agreement starts from Tha duration of the lease for a period 11
months agreement will be renewed with increase with increase 5% rent
in the rental amount.
2. That the tenant shall pay the agreed amount of rent to the owner correctly

by 10 of every English calendar month at the rate of 40000/- Rupees
forty thousand rupees only)
3. That the tenant shall use the schedule premises for family purpose and
not use for any illegal or offensive purpose.
4. That the tenant shall bear the electricity charges to the
concerned authorities from time to time.
5. That the tenant shall not sublet,underlet,or parts with possession of
the schedule premises without the consent of the owner.
6. Incase tenant fails to pay monthly rents continuosly for 2 months
owner can evict the tenant from the premises.
7. The tenant shall keep the schedule premises in good and tenantable
condition and shall not cause and damages to the structure ,fitting and
fixtures of the schedule premises if any damages is occurred during
the tenancy the teanant, shall repair the same at his own cost.
8. The tenant has this day deposited with the owner an interest free advance
security sum of Rs/-1,00,000/=(Rupees one lakh rupees only),by way of
cash Further the owner under takes to repay the aforesald advance
amount to the tenant at the time when tenant vacate the possession of the
schedule premises subject to the deductions of arrears of rent,unpaid
electricity bill,unpaid water bill and maintenance charges.
9. And also the painting charges will be taken at the time when you vacated.
10. In case any party intends to terminate this agrrement he can do so by
issue of one month prior notice in writing to other party.
11. Building will be handed over on 15 th December 2016 and rent will be
also start from on that same day.
