Discussion of Food & Beverage

Both Zenith Hotel Kuantan and Vistana Hotel Kuantan offers well-prepared delectable meal with
great presentation and an interesting flavor. A divine combination of different meat and vegetable
elements came together to create amazing dishes for their customers. In order to offer the best
experience to our conference member, the foods and beverages provided for both hotels were
researched in detail.

Due to the presence of our conference member who are vegetarians. Vegetarian food or meat-free
food must be available in the location that we choose. Both Zenith Hotel and Vistana Hotel offers
their own sets of menu. Zenith Hotel offers lots of variety in their menu in form of buffet where
customers can take as much as they want. As for Vistana hotel, foods are offered in fixed sets for
their customers per table for 10 persons. Their menu are shown in Appendix A and B respectively.
Judging from both of their menu, Zenith Hotels offers plenty vegetarian based dishes whereas sets
offered by Vistana Hotel are made up of both vegetarian food and non-vegetarian food.

•To cut short, Zenith Hotel is the better choice due to their superiority in terms of food variety and
absence of limit for their customers.
