1. Executive Summary
S.C. Consulting S.R.L. is a start-up company for small and medium
companies which need help to be developed successfully and it is located
in Bucharest. SC Consulting SRL expects to help all managers who do not
know how to properly run their companies. We expect to catch the
interest of all companies and we plan to build a strong market position
in town, due to our partners’ industry experience.
SC Consulting SRL aims to offer its products at a competitive price
to meet the demand of the middle-to-higher-budget-income local
market area residents.

2. Company Overview and Description


SC Consulting SRL is managed by two partners. They represent
management-marketing and finance-accounting areas. The partners
will provide fundings from their own savings which will cover the start-
up expenses (evaluated at 3.000 lei) and the equipment expenses
(evaluated at 10.000 lei).

3. Products and Services


SC Consulting SRL intends to offer a large variety of products and
services including the following:
- accounting services – accounting software for small and medium
companies
- marketing and management consulting
- financial consulting
- tax consulting

4. Market Analysis Summary


SC Consulting SRL’s focus is on meeting the demand of a regular local
resident customer base. We want to establish a helathy connection
between us and our customers in order to reach o consistent revenue base
in order to ensure stability of the business.
The dominant target market for SC Consulting SRL is a local stream of
local residents. Personal and expedient is key to maintaining the local
market share of this target market.
Competition in the local area is somewhat sparse and does not
provide nearly the level of product quality and customer services as SC
Consulting SRL. Local customers are looking for a high quality product with
friendly and experienced employees.

5. Strategyand Implementation
Summary
SC Consulting SRL will succeed by offering customers high quality
products and services at a competitive price.
SC Consulting SRL anticipates sales of about 700.000 lei in the first
year, 850.000 lei in the second year and 960.000 lei in the third year of the
plan.

6. Management Summary
Joey Daniel has experience in sales, marketing and management and
was vice president of marketing of Ernst&Young Bucharest. Adrian Pascu
brings experience in the field of finance, accounting and tax by being the
CEO of Deloitte Romania.

7. Financial Plan
SC Consulting SRL expects to raise 110.000 lei of its own capital
and to borrow 100.000 lei guaranteed by BCR as a five year loan.
