City Clerk Intern | City Clerk’s Office, City of Dubuque
JULY 2018 – CURRENT
The City Clerk’s Office serves as the main resource for citizens trying to connect with the
City government and its departments. As an intern, I worked closely with the City Clerk to
maintain records via the program Laserfiche in an effort to both go paperless and
increase government transparency. Additionally, I assisted various clientele with their
questions and concerns, working with the various departments to find them the
information they needed.

Peer Assistant | Loras College

Responsibilities include leading classes and presentations over Loras College materials,
hosting socials, advising students over the registration process, and scheduling meetings
with students to discuss their adjustment to college.
