PROGRAM OBJECTIVE :

The objective of the Diploma In Banking and Financial Services (DBFS) program is to build a pool of modern Banking
professionals for banking industry coupled with 100% government bank exam training, who can sustain the growing
momentum of the sector and help the bank to achieve new levels of profitability and customer responsiveness. KGES’s
unique training methodology focuses on building skills in the learner. This Skill-centricity is achieved through Action
Classrooms, Multi-modal learning and Industry Immersion where the teacher is more a Trainer-Facilitator bringing out
latent talent and fostering skill development, thus creating first-day-first hour industry-ready entry level professionals for
the bank.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM :

The DBFS is a Three month program with week days or week end classroom sessions. The program is unique in both its
content as well as its methodology. The Programs blends core domain knowledge and usable skills with technology
familiarity, customer handling, sales & marketing skills, effective communication and infectious positive attitude. Thus
program is designed in the context of modern-day Banking knowledge, hands-on application-orientation, technology-
familiarity and customer service.
 The fee can be paid through NETBANKING, Cheque
or Demand Draft / in cash .

PLACEMENT FACILITY & Course Completion::
Student should clear all the assessments of Academy of Banking and Finance
with >= 50%. On successful completion of the program with 75% the student will be
given 100%placement assistance and is eligible to apply in any pubilc sector &
private sector Bank. Candidates will be offered best salary in the industry.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND SELECTION PROCESS- For Academic year 2018
Age: Born on or after 1st January – 1990 Graduates from any discipline interested in
Banking careers. Graduates from any stream and can be from any recognized Indian
University.
Application and Admission Process :
All candidates seeking admissions for DBFS Programs need to apply in the
prescribed KGES Application Form. The candidate should carry the application form
at the time of Interview ,Work experience papers (If any) , All eligible candidates will be
inducted for training. Students who clear the final test will be eligible for receiving the
certificate of completion .
