 SAP SCM (APO) with specialization in Demand Planning ,Supply Network Planning,Production
Planning & Detailed Schduling and Global Avai;able to Promise. Supported at all phases of a
project life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, UAT and deployment of
solutions, as well as documentation, and end-user training.
 Preparing the Business Blue Print (AS-IS and TO-BE) by understanding the current process flow
of demand flow of sales organization and DEIT location of OPM,mapping of supply planning &
Production execution processes of OPM into APO.
 Configuration of DP,SNP,PPDS and GATP functionalities .
 Designing the system architecture: Designed the DP Planning Areas, Storage Bucket Profile and
Time Bucket Profile as per the Factory Calendar. Creating of MPOS, Planning Area’s, planning
book and Data View as per the process designed in the BBP.
 Planning methods of Consensus forecasting, strategies, forecasting with different planning
methods, creating macros, alert monitoring, and live cache monitoring, planning areas and planning
books designing.
 Configured excel addon where the sales managers provide the inputs on future 3 months of oulook
and loaded back to DP book for S&OP review meetings.The output of S&OP is final agreed sales
plan (MSP ) which further released to SNP for supply planning SNP run.

horizon.SNP production and PPDS horizon.
 SNP multilevel heuristic to cover 1 month of production plan based on S&OP meeting results for
PP finished and dependent requirements of packaging and raw materials ,
 Safety stock planning for raw and packaging mayerials.
 PPDS planning board to sequence the planners orders as per production wheel of PP operations.
 Configired grade transition time in APO PPDS set up matrix as a clean up activities
 Transfering Planned orders and purchase requisition from APO TO ECC for executions.
 Worked with BW team to extract sales history/billing data into APO cubes and included data in DP
planning book. Creating Info Cubes for Master and Transaction Data; Backup Cubes as per the
