Dear Member,

We are pleased to invite you to enroll into our BATCH 4 of PAP 1 (PICQS APC Program 1 for
Beginners), which shall commence on June 22, 2019 at PIBE office, 2F Herald Building, Muralla Street,
Intramuros, Manila.

PAP 1 has been created to address the concerns of international QS organizations over the Level 2
qualifications or for those practicing surveyors who have no accredited degree. PICQS offers this training
at a reasonable amount and face-to-face learning sessions with qualified speakers to address your
interests and queries.

The PAP 1 is available to PICQS members who have received P3T Certificate of Completion. This means
they have passed the P3T online exams or the interview. PAP1 is also available to PIBE graduates. Further,
this is open to individuals with PICQS membership grades of Probationer, Associate and Affiliate. However,
priority is given to Probationer and Associate members. The PAP 1 will be conducted by nominated Trainers
under the guidance of the Corporate Members. Topics were pre-selected by the Chair and Founder and the
Standard and Training Review Board. Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from various Chapters prepared the
presentation materials. The PAP 1 materials are exclusively prepared by PICQS key members and this is
something PICQS is proud of.

The PAP 1 trainings will have a fee of Php 6,500.00 per participant for 10 sessions. All trainings (PAP 1) are
to be conducted in 2F Herald Building, Muralla St., Intramuros, Manila and the participants’ fees will cover
not only the venue but the expenses associated with the conduct of the exam and issuance of Certificate of
Completion. See attached Appendix A for the schedule of topics, dates and trainers.

In addition, participants who completed the 10-session training and on successfully passing the 1.5 hours
written examination and submission of 10 assignments will be awarded a Certificate of Completion. This
Certificate of Completion can be used for submission to international QS organizations at the pre-assessment
stage. Please also note that PAP1 is accredited by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) with 24
hours CPD.

Please signify your interest by returning the page with your signature and details so we can include you in
the list of participants. Please note that the slot is on a “first come first serve basis” and we can only
accommodate 20-25 participants per session.

The timing of payment is as follows:

 50% of the total amount upon confirmation of your participation in the training and upon your
inclusion in the list of participants
 25% of the total amount will be upon completion of the 5 sessions, and
 25% of the total amount will be prior taking the online examination
