Insinuated the changing of CRM softwares to better tailor their needs, successfully convert-
ing from SugarCRM to Salesforce CRM- organization, efficiency, and ease of navigation
increased.

Service Learning Course, 02/2019 to Current

• Worked with the non-profit organization, The Salvation Army of Burlington, to improve their
communications sector. Created a communications plan, SWOT analysis, and updated all
social media platforms. Results: Increased volunteers, increased social media followers, sold
high-value items through the use of social media, better promoted message- cohesiveness
