Authority constituted under The National Highways Authority Act, 1988 having its office

to the “Executant” executing this Indemnity Bond.

NOW THEREFORE THIS INDEMNTIY BOND WITNESSES AS FOLLOWS:-

1. In consideration of “NHAI” agreeing to issue of the misplaced/lost Bond Certificate, the

“Executant” hereby undertakes to indemnity and keep “NHAI’ indemnified against any
claim, loss and damage which “NHAI” may suffer on account of issue of the said
Certificate. The decision of “NHAI” with regard to the loss, damage or claim suffered
shall be final & binding on the Executant.
2. This Indemnity Bond shall remain in force and effect till it is discharged by
“NHAI” in writing.
