POSITION SUMMARY

Build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including
sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients either in an on-site or off-site
environment. The role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management and customer
focus and responsiveness in client facing activity. Talent & Sourcing Specialists are subject matter
experts around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies, and recruitment
process effectiveness. Contribute and collaborate in Korn/Ferry integrated solutions sales
strategy. At all times demonstrate the highest level of ethical behaviour & personal integrity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

Process Management & Sourcing


• Follow agreed client recruitment process for RPO or project recruitment delivery.
• Follow KF global recruitment process completing Power of 25 when using SE tool.
• Create & execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting client profile and/or
building talent pool for current and future requirements.
• Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidate in presentation and short-list
process.

Candidate relationship management


• Develop & implement sourcing strategy & channels to build relevant talent pools.
• Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition.
• Manage all candidates effectively throughout recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain relationships and seek referrals of other candidates.
• Manage candidate expectations and ensure timely and constructive feedback.

Client Relationship Management


• Responsible for day to day interaction with client/HM/HR business partners.
• Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner.
• Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies.
• Conduct role briefing with client and set expectations for recruitment process.

Policy & Procedures


• Follow documented Korn Ferry systems/polices/office procedures
• When on-site Follow documented client systems/policies/office procedures
• Follow necessary approval/sign-off process for leave, travel, expenses and expenditure
• Provide information for internal reporting and update systems on timely basis

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• Must have significant and relevant experience in recruiter function either in in-house, client on-site,
or in recruitment organization.
• Local Language fluent, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Business English
fluency, excellent verbal skills.
• Must have developed some specific sector or COE expertise
• Must be able to be client facing and consistently conduct interactions with clients in a timely,

professional and responsive manner at all times.
• Will be able to identify continuous improvement opportunities and advisor to client. Must be able
to manage clients and set expectations in most aspects of the recruitment process involved.
• Must be able to attend client briefing or partner with client HR business partners to understand job
requirements, and candidate profile and use competency modelling to identify candidate profile.
• Must be able to provide input from the brief to identify the channels and strategy to source
candidates matching client requirements and to be able to be responsible implementation and
management of sourcing strategy for specific candidate profiles building talent pools.
• Must be able and willing to contact candidates/sources directly and brief candidate on the
opportunity and client value proposition for professional/technical and management roles.
• Must be able to conduct and document screening process including CV’s pre-screening, telephone
interview and short listing, design questions and scripts for screening process and be able to
conduct competency-based interviews.
• Must be able to conduct face to face interviews with candidates including competency interview for
majority of range of roles and role levels.
• Must write concise, informative and accurate candidate reports presentable to clients in agreed
format, fully utilising competency-based interview assessment.
• Must be able to easily manage candidates in all aspects of the recruiting process, ensuring
candidate expectations are being managed and constructive feedback is given in a timely manner,
optimizing the candidate experience within specified guidelines for majority of range of roles and
role levels.
• Must be able to support data management, references, pre-employment screening, psychometric
testing & other assessments specified in the agreed recruitment process.
• Must be able to follow up with client and candidate following accepted offer to expedite offer process
keeping all parties informed. Able to identify and manage potential roadblocks to successful
conclusion.
• Must be fully conversant with applicant tracking system in use (or SE) updating records and
information ensuring system integrity and accuracy of client reporting and analytics. Be able to
access and generate reports for both client and KF use.
• Must be knowledgeable about and able to discuss all KF service lines and have a good
understanding of KFI’s overall services.
• Must deliver services at high level of client satisfaction, enabling clients to be used as references
to support extension of existing business or new business development. Able to participate and
present in sales setting case study of client solution.
